Key Responsibilities

Identify and understand target audiences; define campaign goals

Plan and execute bulk email lead-generation campaigns

Create and maintain email templates (basic HTML/CSS preferred)

Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance

Stay current with email and digital marketing trends

Collaborate with internal teams to refine and align marketing strategies

Qualifications

Experience: 0 to 3 years in email marketing

Education: B.E. (CSE/ECE), B.Tech (IT), BCA, or B.Sc (CS)

Strong analytical thinking and time management skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
