Job Summary Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, the Senior Manager/Director of Technical Solutions is a player coach that will lead a team of full stack developers and implementation engineers, Technical architect in deploying Uniphore s solutions and building customer specific integrations with Uniphore APIs and platform. The Senior Manager will conduct design, code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure delivery of high quality scalable solutions. Comes with first principles approach and is hands on. The Senior Manager will partner closely with the JAPAC/Global professional services and sales engineering leadership in designing and estimating effort for unique customer solutions. Required Experience and Skills:10+ years experience managing geographically dispersed teams of 10+Experience with implementing agile and devops practices in a solution delivery organization.Recent hands on build and team management experience with Java, Spring, MongoDB, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, Zookeeper.Experience integrating contact center technologies and solutions from Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Five9, Twilio and others with popular CRM packages like Salesforce and ServiceNOW.Experience with building bot solutions using open source and public cloud APIs. RPA technologies is a plusUnderstanding of contact center technologies and contact center operationsExperience with React, Node.JS, and AngularExperience with Jira and Confluence cloudMinimum BS in Computer Science, MS preferred
