Responsibilities for Matrimony Relationship Manager
Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
Work quickly to address and resolve customer fears and issues
Use best practices in customer sales and relationship management
Create strategies and work with clients to boost their brand
Qualifications for Matrimony Relationship Manager
Intuitive to customers needs and ability to understand and profile customers intuitively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good command on English & Hindi
Proven track record of building & sustaining long-term business relationships with clients
Proven track record of providing quality customer service to clients
Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
Minimum one year hands on experience in matrimony agency, including 1x1 direct client facing visits and meetings. Additional tele sales experience preferred
A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus
