Desired Candidates profile-
1. Candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience in MLM industry.
2. Candidate must have experience of hiring and leading a team.
3. Must be presentable and a good public speaker.
4. Minimum age-35 Years
5. Must be willing to travel across the state.
6. Must have knowledge about MLM payout mechanism.
Job Description-
1. Headhunting of seasoned networkers.
2. Recruitment and supervision of on roll sales staff.
3. To drive the existing network of IBOs and IBO leaders to conduct regular business meetings at various levels i.e. house meetings, one to one presentations, seminars etc.
4. Regular Training of IBOs to keep them motivated, progressive and aligned with MLM ethics.
5. To drive the existing Franchisee network to increase sales and achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
