Generate CNC programs from the CAD/CAM software.

Troubleshoot of machine related issues (tool, manufacturing process, or mechanical).

Practical knowledge of measuring tools, equipment, and concepts.

Excellent working knowledge of geometric tolerance and dimensioning.

Handle technical support related queries for customers

Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
