Responsibilities Setup and drive the vision for the team to ensure best Site Reliability, Security, and DevOps best practices. Work with platform and feature engineering to build the right cloud-native solutions that can stand the test of time and scale seamlessly. Expand the team that would be needed to execute the vision. Optimize the cloud services(AWS, GCP) to reduce cost by tracking and sustaining the spend. Ensuring the uptime by improving the on-call incident process. Expectations Knowledge of AWS is a must. GCP is good to have 8+ years of experience in leading the SRE/DevOps team is a must. Experience with large scale production infrastructure involving distributed systems like Kafka, MongoDB, zookeeper Experience in automation using Hashicorp stack, gitops methodologies Experience in monitoring using Datadog, Prometheus, or equivalent
