Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting into the Operations Lead and you shall be responsible for: Leading the Strategic Sourcing at a global level for electronics components, motors, sensors and computing systems. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers. Coordinating with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory, cost savings and cash flow management. Working with suppliers to ensure they have enough capacity to support our demand as well as supply continuity risk management plans. Implement Advanced Inventory concepts to improve our MOQ and lead time. Ensuring Supplier Performance in on time delivery, Supplier capacity Defining and measuring metrics according to the annual operating plan objectives in connection with the supplier performance against these expectations ensuring continuous supplier improvement and then driving team to highlight and close gaps to meet objectives Delivering of activities resulting in highest level of product and service quality as viewed through the eyes of our customers Working with the company leadership to develop the organizational capabilities required for future growth and take adequate steps to develop the skill and leadership qualities in the Supply Chain team. Requirements: At least 6 years of overall experience in industries such as Semiconductor, Electrical Equipment, Industrial Automation and Engineering Services. Sourcing experience of both Components (Sensors and Actuators) and Sub-assembly category (Conveyor systems). Experience in strategic planning - setting vision and objectives, creating strategies, forecasting, budgeting, vendor development, vendor performance. Really good Analytical, Presentation, Negotiation and Communication skills. Good to Have: Experience as fulfillment leader in an international environment. Experience running or using a consignment, vendor managed inventory (VMI) programs.
