Sr. Team Lead Job in Ums Tech Labs

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical aspects and technological resources of the organisation for the purpose of organisational growth.
• Establish a technological vision for an organisation and lead the company s technological development.
• Understand the business opportunities with the Tech Product.
• Product Innovation through Research and continuous improvement.
• Coding & Unit testing.
• To support the entire SDLC process.
• keep the code optimized and readable.
• To ensure the quality of work from the team.
• To support and consult the team in terms of coding.
• Conducting regular internal audits for code review.
• Work with other departments to use new technologies to streamline company systems and processes.
• Train team members for new technologies.

Specific Skill Sets:

• Minimum 3+ yrs of experience
• Experience in working on any one of the MVC architectural pattern : Struts 2 /Codeigniter / Laravel / Yii
• You need to be an expert in PHP & JAVA
• Experience is AngularJS & Node JS is a plus
• Know your way around HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and frontend frameworks (such as Ember.js, React.js)
• Built SOAP / REST APIs / backends
• Should be very strong in Computer Science fundamentals (such as threads, virtual memory, process stacks etc.)
• Should have worked on different data stores (RDBMS, No SQL) and know when to use what, how to scale them etc.
• Should have good communication skills
