Job Summary
Sales Executive Responsibilities
- Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
- Update customer records in the company database as required.
- Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or gauge their satisfaction with the company.
- Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
- Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately.
TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDES
- Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
- Advising and assisting customers.
- Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
- Conducting customer transactions.
- Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.
- Assisting with store deliveries
- Take all responsibilities of company activities.
- Languages: Must know Canada & Tamil Language
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Good command over Marathi, Hindi English With Tamil, Canada
