Role Description:

Build, manage, and lead a high-performing team of Sitecore enginners to deliver new services and product features across various Sitecore projects. This roles required you to collaborate with the leadership team in India and Australia to achieve positive outcomes for clients and business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team by collaborating with project managers and leadership in Australia to achieve positive outcomes, for the team, client and business.
• Collaborate with developers, team leads, architects, project managers, and business analysts to define, architect, and build new features and services based on client requirements.
• Lead delivery of the team s new services and features from scratch, across stages, to system design and deployment
• Design quality solutions for the system being built, ensuring simplicity, in line with industry standards, best practices, and existing standards
• Liaise with leadership in India and Australia to ensure efficient and effective use of technical resources, provide development opportunities for team members and encourage knowledge sharing and IP to avoid bottlenecks or single points of failure

Qualifications/Certifications

• BE/ BTech/ MS/ MCA

• Detailed and comprehensive experience with Sitecore, ASP, .NET, MVC, C#, and its supporting systems, tools and processes
