Market Research - Data Processing - Asst. Manager Job in Ugam

Role Description:

Understand and deliver to client expectations by independently overseeing operations on key projects and coaching a team of 7 - 10. It's an opportunity to work with top 10 market research firms, or large corporations, leverage Ugam's proven research frameworks and automation, and collaborate with some of the most experienced in market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational:
  • Independently execute projects or project tasks and assist in diagnosis and resolution of operational / client issues and preparation of client reviews.
  • Assign and oversee execution of all key projects and ensure team adheres to client expectations & standards on a daily basis.
  • Prioritize daily deliverables and assist or supervise team members with planning at a project level.
  • Review team performance on a day-to-day basis.
• People:
  • Participate in the selection process to ensure the right talent is selected in a timely manner.
  • Develop, groom, coach team members through periodic team reviews, providing clear feedback and maintaining a high morale so that they are able to perform better.
  • Ensure timely completion of pertinent processes like KPI Setting, appraisals, etc.

Qualifications/Certifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Science with a specialization in Computer Science

What are we looking for?

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Data Processing
• Atleast 2+ years of experience in managing a team
• Knowledge of market research services including survey programming, data processing, cross tabulation
• Expertise in one data processing tool like Quantum, Dimension or SPSS is mandatory
• Prior experience in market research domain & working with international clients
• Proficient in MS office (MS Excel/PPT in particular)

• Willingness to work in client specific timezones
• National / international travel maybe required as per business needs
