Information Technology - Cloud - Sr. Administrator - Cloud Server Job in Ugam

Role Description:

Work on enterprise class systems related to ITIL/ITSM practices. This role requires an expertise with Linux operating system environments (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu). The person must have a strong understanding of web/DB applications, such as Apache, Nginx, HAProxy, MySQL, and PostgreSQL. Additionally, familiarity with working in cloud environments, specifically AWS will be required. Experience with Scripting languages, such as Perl, Bash, etc. is required

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing Tier 2 support of enterprise-class systems with regard to ITIL/ITSM processes/practices while maintaining compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide incident and service request support for assigned Information Technology platforms.
• Ensure that all solutions are aligned with IT standards and best practices
• Provide good customer service to all levels of the client organization.
• Manage and prioritize multiple incidents and service requests while adapting to changing business conditions.
• Document standard operating procedures for repeatable tasks
• Provide inputs for automation efforts

Qualifications/Certifications

• Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or Information Technology
