Drive growth by promoting Ugam's services to large corporations through various marketing initiatives, providing effective support to sales teams, building the brand, and leading a team of associates. This role requires a passion for thinking creatively in a result-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and promote Ugam's services by overseeing / creating effective marketing collaterals for multiple service lines.
• Support pre-sales activity through proposal submissions and creation of other useful marketing material to win new deals.
• Lead and execute account-based marketing activities within key accounts.
• Supervise and manage a team through creation of templates, streamlining processes, and setting benchmarks.

Qualifications/Certifications

• MBA or Master's in Marketing, PR or Communications
