Job Summary

Job Description

We're hiring for a smart, business mindset individual who is results oriented and shall work well in all sort of customer & business support activities for our EdTech firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting customer satisfaction survey through feedback calls to understand what areas of company s products & services needs improvements
  • Dealing and addressing customers problems or queries and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
  • Indulge in increasing the services business through generating leads as well as converting the training leads for services
  • Host online training, make the sessions interactive, engage participants and create an interesting learning environment in online sessions, keep question and answer sessions interactive
  • Monitor whatsapp groups of each batch and solve customer queries (regarding recordings,certificates,link,payments etc)
  • Manage Telegram channel communities, create engaging content and share latest updates

Experience/Requirements:

  • Graduate or Master's Degree, CS/MCOM/MBA/BE/ME
  • Relevant experience in services industry for minimum 1 year
  • Candidate comfortable for 12 pm - 9 pm shift should only apply
