Role Description Taking daily new requirement Fixing and solving the system issue Training the new users about the current process Checking the standard feasibility on system before approaching to customisation Call with PwC team and Technical on development Doing the testing the post customisation and sharing the feedback Creating of new Ledger periods New Entity creation Period open and close during month end process Creating the masters ( Product, Vendors, Customers, Tax codes, GL codes, Financial dimension, Site and Warehouses and etc) Onboarding and deleting the New and Old users. Mapping the users in existing workflow Pulling out and sharing the reports as per the users requirement. Raising a Ticket with Microsoft and scheduling the call with Engineers to fix the issue. System version upgradation with smoke test. Candidate Profile Must have 4-5 years of demonstrated experience of working in Microsoft Dynamics Understanding of various facets of finance including FP&A, business partnering, controllership, Internal audit / controls etc Functional Competencies Problem solving: Solve business problem with multiple data streams impacting decision making. Data driven/ analytical: Process and analyse volume of multiple data streams to enable meeting business targets. Collaborative skills: Cross-functional working and engagement with senior leaders to create success. Seamlessly navigate relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.
