Role Description Function: Finance Reports to: Business Finance Lead Support P&L management for the business unit Setting up financial controls to ensure cost optimization and revenue maximization from efforts pertaining to the design, launch and day-to-day execution of the category Brand Relationship management from a finance stand point Ensure correct management of P2P (Procure to Pay) metrics Track performance against plan, provide performance insights with detailed recovery actions for gaps Publish weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS to business teams Drive process improvement initiatives KRAs: High claim settlement ratio Low rejected claims due to non submission of documents Issuance / renewal on time Reporting, Documentation Candidate Profile Must have 0-2 years of experience in Business Finance Qualification: CA Inter, CMA, MBA, Graduate with relevant experience Experience in start-up/ E-Commerce preferred Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Excellent Excel and SQL knowledge and, ability to navigate large volumes of data Knowledge of financial statements will be an added advantage.
