Implementation Manager Job in Tyasuite Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

We are World 1st Plug and Play ERP developer. We are headquartered in Bangalore. We are looking to fill position of Implementation Manager.

Keyskills : At least 7+ years of experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant, exposure to 1 or more of the following business domains (Must have managed a client in any of the domains listed below, in the career history): Ecommerce / Manufacturing/Start-ups, excellent project management, workgroup management and customer facing skills, ability to understand Application architecture and associated business / IT Operations workflows, good exposure to workflow automation tool(s), at least must have worked as a user to any Large ERP Tool, strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands, ability to interact and communicate with CXO level personnel, ability to learn an adopt to new technologies Strong Project Management skills preferably PMP certified. Must be a Process oriented person, must be capable to manage multiple project implementation, must be excited to work with fast growing start-up company, must be MBA Finance /Chartered Accountant Background, must be fluent in English speaking, ensuring that all project milestones are met, must have been in the Software Implementation Role at Implementation level for 3-4 years, must have been in the Software Implementation Supervisory Role for 1-2 years.

Job Description : You will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with TYASuite's enterprise customers, you will be responsible for Managing a Team of Implementation specialist in the Company, you will be responsible for Understanding the Software offering of TYASuite, you will be responsible for Understanding the Customer Business Process in detail, you will be responsible for Identifying the Deviations/new development required in the software based on clients requirement, identifying the best way of developing the new feature, you will be responsible for Discussing with Development team and giving them development requirements, you will be responsible for getting the Implementation of the client done and manage Go-Live, you will Act as a Technical Manager to ensure successful implementations of TYASuite's products solutions, continuously monitor, track, report and govern the projects, you will become the customer s single point of contact for all TYASuite customer, you will interact with a cross-functional teams, which could consist of Implementation consultants, Solution Engineers and Product Managers, manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements, provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management / Solutions teams based on customer requirements, maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire TYASuite product line, help to document best practices in deploying TYASuite solutions, function as a front-line technical resource for best practice and informal customer questions, you will be goaled on Customer Satisfaction, Project Management metrics related to timely, on budget delivery and best use of available resources, you will be directly reporting to Founder/CEO.
