INDEPENDENTLY

• Ensuring effective (accuracy + time) Programming of PLC & HMI

PLC make : Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley. (FX3G, FX3U, FX5U, QCPU) and Siemens (S&-200, S7-200, S7 -1200, S7-1500)

• Panel Testing & Commissioning
• Ensuring adherence to Safety protocols
• Ensuring problem resolutions
• Working on multiple Projects
• Effectively Interacting with internal & external customers
• Ensuring standardization of programming process for smooth functioning of department
• Digitalization processes within department to ensure man hours / manpower optimization
• Ensuring effective multiskilling of team members
• Working on advanced technology such as IOT integration

The Preferred candidate

• Should have hands on experience on PLC communication, Analog Module, Barcode, RFID, Robot, Printer integration, SCADA
• Should have hands on experience in SPM automation and Machine / Product development and machine building
• Should have hands on experience towards working on multiple projects and monitoring & measuring effective time utilization
• Shall have essential knowledge on Safety protocols & IOT
• Should have experience in interacting and ensuring satisfaction of internal & external customer
• Having Team development experience will be added advantage
