Job Profile

To monitor day to day operations with respect to Turn Around Time.

To ensure that lab meets customer requirements in terms of quality.

Running the laboratory and monitoring the day to day activities of the laboratories.

Creating proper work environment for the personnel by addressing individual and common concerns.

To support quality manager to implement the policies of the organization and achieve the goals and objectives of the laboratory.

To work hand in hand with Head Lab Operations for day to day operations Approval of quality system procedures.

In absence of Head-lab operations, he/she will be responsible to ensure that lab meets customer requirements in terms of quality.

Review the PT, ILC and quality check reports, in case of failures, corrective action has to be taken
