Job Summary
Job Description Turner & Townsend are looking for Senior professional to join Turner & Townsend's Hyderabad Team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to progress within our business and receive a competitive salary. There will also be the opportunity to support internal business initiatives and development, in order to offer our people an all-round exposure to the business. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate consultancy experience. Should lead the projects and run the entire programme without any escalation from the client and will be reporting to Project Director. Key Accountabilities: SPOC for the entire project from end to end Capability to handle all the categories of the project like safety, legal, quality, environmental and technical related Ensuring the projects are getting executed smoothly without escalations. Ensuring that all the risks has been highlighted and providing mitigations plans. Client Coordination for all the aspects and maintaining the project governance. Coordination with client appointed consultants and Front end on all the activities with respect to execution and anticipating the risks if any Escalating the issues to client appointed stakeholders Coordination with all internal consultants and contractors Overviewing on all the site related documents and ensuring that all are getting updated in client portals Ensuring that the project is progressing as per the agreed schedule. #LI-PK1 Qualifications Education - B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage You should have relevant experience of working for a consultancy in India, be degree educated in a relevant construction subject and have good technical skills We want applicants with delivery of projects in banking and / or commercial sector, clearly banking is most desirable. Applicant with experience of delivering a campus for a multinational company. 15+ years experience in similar role Excellent verbal and written English communication skills #LI-PK1 Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
