You are passionate about technology, a professional who believes in helping customers solve problems. We are looking for a talented Web Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. You will work closely with our management, project managers, strategists and other design team members to develop specifications and make adjustments regarding the use of new and emerging Web technologies.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of design projects.
• Website content management using word press.
• Design and develop new responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Design page layouts and templates.
• Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding.
• Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
• Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions.
• Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs.
• Create and maintain a database of design assets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of work experience as a Web Designer
• At least 2 years of experience in word press or similar content management systems
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, responsive websites
• Strong command of colour theory, image composition, and typography
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in mobile application projects
• Experience with PWA application development
• Experience working in React js, React Native or Angular js
• Social media and email marketing
