Job Summary
- Outbound Prospecting - Your primary job responsibility will be to aggressively seek out new business opportunities and build initial interest.
- Rapidly respond to, and qualify inbound inquiries regarding interest in our services from sales leads globally.
- Generate leads, cold reach out to potential partners, understand their needs and convert them by highlighting relevant product features.
- Ability to connect the solutions we offer with our clients business needs quickly.
- Build a great first impression with our prospects over email or phone.
- Understand all the various solutions and platforms we have in place to provide appropriate solutions to the clients and direct the project to the right team responsible for that solution.
- Keep updated on ongoing projects and proactively provide suggestions when required.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest and excitement in our solutions.
- Partner closely with teammates and experienced team leads from various departments to develop creative strategies to increase conversion rates from lead-to-opportunity.
- Work efficiently both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
