Qualification : B. Tech (CS / IT), MCA, BCA

Location : Ahmedabad

Shift : (Mon to Fri)

Required Skills :

• Good understanding / knowledge of configure routing and switching equipment, hosted IP voice services and firewalls
• Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
• Must be able to perform Server networking AD and DNS and DHCP scope.
• Good understanding of networking, CCNA, CCNP good to have
• Good understanding of Linux, Windows & MAC
• Incident Management Experience
• Knowledge of AWS Environment
• Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Configure new system, outlook, etc.
• Adequate Knowledge and can manage Office 365
• Adequate knowledge of Configure domain, sub domain, SSL and manage CPanel
• Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
• Installing new hardware (Server, printers, computer workstation etc.)
• Able to communicate with clients about onsite challenges
• Able to handle Anti-Virus product

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
• Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
• Maximise network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
• Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources
• Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
• Report network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects
• Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
• Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
• Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation
• Undertake capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers
• Liaise with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis
• Speak to customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
• Manage owned domain names
• Manage AWS environment, EC2, Cloudwatch, VPC, Tunnel, RDS, IAM, ELB, etc.
• Manage Email server, backup and space manage
• Manage CPanel for websites, database, backup, SSL, domain, subdomain, Security, etc.
• Manage Google Drive, Dropbox for Credentials, setup, etc.
• Manage & maintain Azure DevOps Server
• Configure and manage OP-Manager to manage all cloud servers
