Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to spearhead our Salesforce initiatives across the organization. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and administration, along with the ability to mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Direct the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to align with business objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, providing technical guidance and leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and define requirements.
  • Architecture Maintenance: Create and maintain Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Performance Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations of the Salesforce environment to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide support and enhancements for existing Salesforce environments.
  • Development Oversight: Oversee the creation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and capabilities, implementing relevant updates.
  • Project Management: Ensure Salesforce projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Data Management: Perform data migrations, integrations, and custom development as needed.
  • Governance: Drive Salesforce governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, encompassing administration and development.
  • Leadership: Proven experience as a Salesforce Lead or in a similar role, managing Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Product Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Integration Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party tools.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and Salesforce Architect (preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
