Job Summary
  • 8 years of Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
  • 3-4 years of Experience in Salesforce application testing
  • Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
  • Experience in mobile application testing resource estimations and project planning
  • Responsible for testing of Salesforce apps: Functional testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, Deployment testing, and Security Testing
  • Responsible for functional understanding and functional support of Salesforce
  • Responsible for mobile application testing
  • Write, design, and execute test plans and test cases in Jira
  • Test new features and functions of the Salesforce application
  • Work on quality assurance (QA)/testing project assignments
  • Analyze results of QA/testing, and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Review any code changes for bugs, and trouble shoot issues
  • Follow Agile software testing lifecycles and methodology
  • Work and collaborate with different technical teams, and participate in various business/project meetings
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps and Test plan modules
  • Document test plan, test procedures, test completion report, test metrics,
  • Experience in evaluating automation tools and frameworks
  • Experience in troubleshooting techniques like, evaluating the application logs for any integration and experience in SPLUNK queries for logs validation
  • Experience in test data management tools for data retrieval from SQL/TDM tools
  • Required Ability to Independently drive projects and outcomes, work with minimal supervision. Strong problem solving, critical thinking, organization, and communication skills. Must be flexible to learn / adapt new coding language as required. Develop new utilities to support test automation needs
  • Team player who can work with different teams in the organization in a seamless manner
  • Well versed in test case management Confluence
  • Experience on test management tools like JIRA, qTest
  • Development experience will be a huge plus
  • TOSCA AS1, AS2 Certification is mandatory
