Job Summary
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in performance testing (e.g., Certified Neoload Professional) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Performance Test Lead, specifically using Neoload, in a fast-paced software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in scripting with Neoload, including creating custom scripts, parameterization, correlation, and workload modeling.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting performance test results and generating comprehensive performance test reports.
- Experience in Salesforce application performance testing.
- Familiarity with performance profiling and monitoring tools to identify system bottlenecks and performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, client-server architecture, and API testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance testing findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of performance test engineers.
