Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Job Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company leaders/ principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to client s needs, concerns and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/ service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Client Retention

  • Enhance existing relationships.
  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Desired Profile

  • Experience- 2-4 years
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, management and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work in a team.
  • Presentable with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in languages - English & Hindi.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Candidate having the zeal to adapt and work in a start-up culture.
