Job Summary
Position Summary
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Dynamic Sales Person for handling PCR based diagnostics kits for pathology lab and hospital customer segment in the area of infectious diseases, oncology and other genetic tests.
2. Assess KAMs' key parameters like customer call frequency, coverage, partnering activities on monthly basis for productivity enhancementand better cost to sales ratio.
3. Identification of key accounts, understand and develop meaningful business relationship that identifies growth opportunities. Formulateannual business plan to meet account as well as business needs. Delivering and tracking of partnering activities as planned.
4. Increase sales of PCR based diagnostic kits by actively selling to end users, support other specialities and representatives to develop tactical plans to maximize revenues.
5. Responsible for business planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts.
6. Drive and initiate development of new business opportunities and references, increase number of strategic partnerships.
7. Use CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness in front of the customer and aid sales.
8. Organize meetings / communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units.
9. Successfully implement the Marketing campaigns through the KAMs to achieve reagent growth and drive business through reagent andinstrument sales.
10. Host and assist the marketing team with conduction of CMEs, Road Shows, Kit demonstrations, participation in regional conferences etc.
Desired Profile:
1. Bachelors degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR Masters degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
2. Overall 2-3 years of experience in healthcare segment like Hospitals and clinical laboratory market, experience in Molecular diagnostics would be added advantage.
3. Strong track record of selling concept based premium products in healthcare segment.
4. Expertise in demand generation and multi department hospital and lab sales.
5. Good oral and written communication skills.
6. Graduate in Science, preferably with MBA.
7. Skilled in MS Word, Powerpoint and excel applications

Successfully drive a highly complex hospital & Diagnostic Labs sale from introduction of a new screening and diagnostic concepts through closure and implementation, working with Pathologist, Microbiologist and molecular biologist, laboratory, infection control, Quality Assurance andexecutive staff members to identify needs, gain consensus, and close new assay business as rapidly as possible. The position will require intensive travel, handling customer queries, calls and resolving them to add value.
