Overview:

• Truminds is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will play a critical role in the development and delivery of our Cloud Native mobile core infrastructure products supporting 5G/4G technologies. You will blend your positive attitude with the magnitude of Truminds to empower our worldwide customers
• We have architected and delivered one of the most technically sound mobile core solutions to major telco customers across the globe. We've brought cloud native technology, microservices, open-source software, and Kubernetes to the forefront of telecommunications and are in position to reap the organizational and agility benefits they offer. We need someone who is skilled at the design, and implementation of proprietary and open-source projects for cloud native mobile core infrastructure

Responsibilites:

• The candidate will be responsible for addressing infrastructure and platform level needs for Kubernetes, OpenStack, OpenShift and bare metal environments with a proven ability to develop, deploy, configure, document, and test these solutions from scratch.

Qualification:

• The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software development with at least 6 years developing cloud native products.
• Experience with all aspects of the software development and lifecycle management process of open-source applications
• Expert level proficiency with Kubernetes/Container-Orchestration/Docker/API-Authentication
• Above average proficiency with Helm/Helm-Operator/Flagger/Argo.
• Experience deploying microservices on Kubernetes in a private data center, Azure, and at least one other public cloud environment.
• Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger
• Networking proficiency with projects like Calico, Weave, Octavia, Cri-o, and external load balancing solutions.
• Experience with VM virtualization: Hyper-V, OSP
• Experience with and deploying various storage solutions.
• Excellent C/C++, Go, Python or Java programming skills and strong OOD knowledge.
• Dev/Ops and Agile software development experience in cloud native environments.
