Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the Optus NMS/EMS platform and architecture.
Understanding of framework within TeMIP
Detailed understanding about various TeMIP interfaces.
Detailed understanding about the memory utilization / CPU utilization / cluster application failures and further analysis to be carried out to fix the issues.
Routine health check to be carried out and escalate to concerns if there is any deviations.
Troubleshoot processor hanging issues / deadlock issues / DB issues.
Troubleshoot alarms processing issues between TeMIP & other connected applications.
Vendor case management and regular updates to vendor.
Engagement with operations team and understand their issues/Concerns.
