Job Summary

We are hiring for Call Centre Executives to handle business for our clients based in US. You will be required to work in a time bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. You are responsible for meeting individual and team targets with 100% customer satisfaction.

Roles, Responsibilities & Skill Requirements:

You will be dealing with the US customers.

Excellent communication would be an added advantage. Though US accent is not mandatory, you should be good enough to communicate with the customers, explain our services and understand their requirements properly.

We will be providing customer list and you need to contact them via our Dialer.

The job is to obtain customer appointments for a cleaning company in USA.

In the initial month, you should be able to obtain minimum two appointments per week, thus in total of 8 appointments for the month.

Your payment and perks will increase as you obtain more appointments.

Second month onwards your minimum appointments should be 20.

Your work time is from Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm EST (between 5.30pm to 5.30am IST).

Minimum working hours is 35 hours/week(not included breaks)

You need to contact customers from the contact list we provide.

Usual breaks (Dinner, Tea, and Rest-room) can be taken, but this will not be added to your working hours.

As in most of the call centers, auto removal from the system happens if the team member is on pause for 40 seconds or more to connect with next customer. So you need to be careful while connecting with next customer once after you finish the existing call. Basically, you should reduce your unproductive time to get right perks and benefits. We will be providing the training which will help you to use your time productively.

Perks and Benefits:

This will be purely an incentive based job. Incentive structure is as follows:

1- 20 appointments / month - you will get $10 for each appointment.

21- 40 appointments / month - you will get $15 for each appointment.

41+ appointments / month - you will get $25 for each appointment.

There should be minimum 2 appointments per week.

If you can obtain 100 appointments in 90 working days, you will have an extra bonus of $250.

Apart from the above, you will be eligible to get $0.5 for each productive hour you work (up to 30 hrs.) provided with the condition that you must obtain two appointments and work minimum 35 hours per week. For example: if you work 35 hours (excluding break hours) with 2 appointments per week, you will get an extra payment of 30 X 0.5 = $15.

Experience & Qualification:

0 to 4 years of International Call Centre job experience.

Any Degree or Plus Two with excellent business communication.

Contract length: 12 months
