1. 10+ Year s project experience in test automation framework designing and implementation of the same in projects using selenium (Java or JavaScript)

2. Good Java or JavaScript programming knowledge

3. Should be experienced in Automation test strategy creation, Test management, test planning, test execution, test data preparation, reporting & metrics

4. Good oral & written communication

5. Experienced in the BFSI domain

6. Good knowledge of the testing process and should have experience with test metrics.

Additional Skills:

1. Appium automation for mobile

2. Experience in DevOps / Agile
