Source, screen, interview, andevaluate candidates
Foster long-term relationshipswith candidates
Review and understand technicaljob requirement requirements
Review applicants to verify ifposition requirements are met
Format resumes meeting clientexpectations
Research new technologies
Create detailed job descriptions
Follow up with candidates
Craftingrecruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Sourcingpotential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media andprofessional platforms like naukri.com, shine.com, monster, LinkedIn )
Requirements for IT Recruiter:
Ability to build strongrelationships
Ability to learn technical information
Self-confidence and self-starter
Office automation tools (MSOffice etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
Good written and verbalcommunication skills
