Role Description: As a functional consultant, you would be responsible to resolve production support issues, work on product enhancements and interface with the client on day to day operation related functionality queries. You would also be responsible to guide the business users on the core product functionalities and aid them to complete the regular business tasks in the oracle ERP system. You will also be expected to interface with the ERP project team to drive feature enhancements and additional project deliverables. The candidate need to possess strong functional/technical experience on the key product line with excellent communication Skills. Need to be passionate about Customer Satisfaction in a product support environment.
Skills /Job Description
- 7-10 years of Oracle CRM Experience.
- Experience and knowledge in Oracle Service, Oracle Field Service, Oracle Contracts, Depot Repair in various version including R12 is mandatory.
- At least 2 support project experience and implementation project experience is added plus.
- Strong configuration and design skills.
- Familiarity to Various Tables, AOL objects related to the area.
- Oracle CRM - Install Base, Contracts
