Lead Engineer Advanced Process Control (apc) Job in Tridiagonal Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Take responsibility of handling and executing critical activities for the implementation of an APC Lead the APC projects end-to-end from any of the following sectors: Cement/Metals & Mining/Pulp & Paper sectors Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals Food and Beverages Energy and Utility Refinery and Petrochemicals Air Separation Unit (ASU) Being responsible for deliverables pertaining to APC solutions Ensure the engineering workflow is adhered to and project is executed as per the Quality Management System Prepare periodic reports (like weekly commissioning report, time sheet, SAT) and update the relevant stakeholders Ensure Time Sheets are maintained periodically. Ensure customer queries are resolved on time & maintain customer relationship through professional approach. Key Competencies: Demonstrated leadership qualities such as co-ordination, enthusiasm and taking initiatives Strong background and fundamentals in Process Simulations, Thermodynamics, Mass transfer and Heat Transfer 3-5 years of experience of using the commercial APC software s such as ABB Ability Expert Optimizer, Honeywell UniSim Profit Suite, Aspen DMCplus / DMC3, Yokogawa SMOC etc. A prior experience of handling a complete APC project cycle from any of the following sectors is a must: Cement/Metals & Mining/Pulp & Paper sectors Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals Food and Beverages Energy and Utility Refinery and Petrochemicals Air Separation Unit (ASU) Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to implement thermodynamic models to obtain practical engineering solutions to difficult problems Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a diverse team environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to communicate effectively with customers Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills Demonstrated skills in writing and presenting in Fluent English Interested in working with customers and willing to travel 40% of time
