React Team Lead Job in Triadss

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
  Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
  Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
  Must have understanding of the Web Application Development life cycle
  Ability to handle and construct visualisation for large amounts of data such as Gannt Charts, TreeGrid, Timeline Charts
  Follow all the phases of the software development lifecycle (implementation, deployment, and support)
  Coordinate closely with managers and other stakeholders to deliver according to stakeholder needs.
  Determined to meet agreed upon project deadlines
  Improve application's performance
  Write Unit and UI Tests and Documentation
  Troubleshoot, Debug, maintain Quality standards
  Follow Agile process
  Adaptable approach to work, managing changes and workload with a positive attitude
  Stay up-to-date with Tech trends

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience primarily with minimum of 3 years in React and redux
  Bachelor/Master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related subject
  Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript
  object model
  Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
  Experience with popular React.js Structures (such Functional components ,
  Redux , Hooks, Context API s )
  Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
  Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
  Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
  Familiarity with RESTful APIs
  Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack,
  NPM, etc.
  Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
  requirements
  A knack for benchmarking and optimization
  Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN,
  Typescript and redux framework exposure is a must
  Experience, Innovation in high performant Desktop Web Applications is a must
  Experience in developing PWA, Mobile Applications
  GraphQL will be added advantage
  Familiarity with Bootstrap, Material UI
  Prior experience with data structure libraries and design patterns
  Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  Required Competencies:
  Good knowledge of product development lifecycle and process tools.
  Knowledge in SDLC process and Agile practices
  Good knowledge of design patterns
  Sound industry trends awareness.
  Knowledge of unit and system testing methodologies
  Ability to articulate and strong documentation skills
