Job Description:

Senior ServiceNow Developer will be a seasoned programmer with rich knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and agile methodologies, who is comfortable with owning and executing on multiple projects within a very dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the integration of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow; MID server, web services (SOAP and REST), email and other relevant integration technologies Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services Load, transform and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems Utilize scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate tasks within ServiceNow Deploy update sets to production environment following defined change control processes Prompt and courteous resolution of development-related service requests and/or incidents Complete any development and testing tasks related to ServiceNow releases Monitor ServiceNow performance and processes to stay within the stated KPIS

Requirements:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the development, configuration, implementation and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances At least 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java and HTML are required ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator Certifications are required Demonstrated proficiency with the use and management of APIs Demonstrated proficiency with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is required Knowledge of infrastructure services spanning servers, storage, network, security and cloud Examples of prior success and excitement in a fast paced and dynamic environment Proven ability and eagerness to work in a globally distributed organization
