Responsibilities

• 6+ Years of experience is required
• 3+ Years of experience in Ruby on Rails
• Candidate should have experience in Payment Integration.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Ruby code, Analysis of Application code, Tune code, write Procedures, perform indexing, and other elements
• Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization
• Maintain responsibility for analysis of Incident Tickets & Resolution, supply to Continual Service Improvement Programs
• Onshore and offshore point of contacts to review quality of work you're doing, work papers, audit/ assessment reports
• Tackle and resolve production problems with new insights
• Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc.
• Identifying, fixing bottlenecks, bugs and Maintaining, fixing web applications
• Establish POCs to validate the client solutions.
• System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
• Establish a dialogue with the customer to achieve trusted technical adviser status
