Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to develop effective digital marketing strategies.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Create compelling email content, A/B test, and monitor performance metrics.

GTM Strategies:

  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products or services, ensuring a coordinated launch across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Paid Advertising:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, blog posts, and landing pages.

Data Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaigns and strategies.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and manage content on social media platforms to engage and grow our online community.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns.

Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers through various digital channels.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
