Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
Email Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Create compelling email content, A/B test, and monitor performance metrics.
GTM Strategies:
- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products or services, ensuring a coordinated launch across digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
Content Creation:
- Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, blog posts, and landing pages.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaigns and strategies.
SEO and SEM:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
Social Media Management:
- Create and manage content on social media platforms to engage and grow our online community.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns.
Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Maintain effective communication with customers through various digital channels.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
