Minimum Education Qualification: B.Sc. B.A. in addition to a management degree in sales, or Marketing

Preferred Education Qualification M.Sc. or M.A

The person we are interested in appointing should be a traveller and should have already travelled extensively, adventure/wildlife buff, should have additional skill sets either in adventure sports swimming or in Wildlife and environmental activities. The person should have good leadership and communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi & his/her mother tongue. Additional certification from Himalayan Mountaineering Institute Darjeeling or Manali, First-Aid certification or trained under the Trailblazers Outdoor Trainers Course, or any international Outdoor Instructor degree would be an added advantage. Valid licence for two & four-wheeler would be preferred. The personmust be mentally & physically fit with no prior serious medical concerns.

Please apply with salary expected for full time positions and Part time with remuneration expected per diem for camps.

The applicants please note must be preferably staying in and around Thane, Mulund or be willing to shift in this part of the town if selected.

responsibilities

The individual we are looking for will have to perform multiple roles and will be trained for the same.

Primary role:

Conducting Outbound camps for groups of varying age groups. These camps may be from 1 day duration to 4 weeks or more.

The person selected will have to draw up the camp objectives, draw up a minute to minute plan, conduct of reconnaissance of camp site, conduct of safety audit, feedback, follow up.

Secondary role:

Sales planning, strategizing, and executing of sales plans with set targets. All follow up regarding sales. Administrative work of camps from the date of confirmation to post camp activities.
