responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through reaching out, networking and social media
- Settingup meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our programs
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Building a strong customer force for Trailblazers
- Developing and maintaining client relationship for Trailblazers campers in the city
- Organising marketing events in the city and /or participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of Trailblazers
- Interfacing with corporates/ schools for sale of camps
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Any other sales and marketing related activities for Trailblazers programs.
requirements
- Extremely passionate about the outdoors
- Young men/women between age group of 28 years to 40 years, housewives, High end insurance salesperson or with prior sales work experience can apply.
- Preferably owning and able to drive a 2 or 4-wheeler.
- Exceptional communication, presentation skills in both local and English language. Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with children and adults and the ability to influence.
- Should have very good networking skills and having connections in the city established already with High Net Worth families, Schools, their Trustees and Principals, Corporates.
- Should have a laptop with internet connection and reasonable knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently from home without supervision.
- Person must be well read and have good general knowledge.
- Must be physically fit, willing to travel for sales, training & to make a difference through travel as a catalyzer.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and love travel
- Mandatory payment Rs.50,000/- as a non-refundable fee.

Minimum Educational Qualification: Should be a graduate/postgraduate or MBA from a reputed institution.

Experience required: Experience in sales/marketing/teaching/tourism/HNI related product sales preferably in any of the metro cities of India in the past.
- Prior experience in the outdoors (as a traveler/ participant/ trainer) will be preferred.
Work Hours: Flexible | Remuneration: Commission on sales.
