Job Responsibility :
*Formulate a merchandise plan for the e-commerce site which would need a continual updation based on market needs, with the objective of ensuring that our site always meets the felt and unfelt needs of all buyers on our platform, across all categories at quality, range, price point and service levels that are superior to any competitive offering, including offline.
*Recruit and manage relationships with the right sellers to ensure the merchandising plan is executed, with due categorization of sellers for proper account management.
*Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy; evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs. Monitor the seller ecosystem, discover high-potential partnership opportunities and explosive new product opportunities while being alert with risks.
*Advise, educate and direct sellers on the right systems, processes and plans to ensure that buyer experience is always at a high level at the same time providing the right inputs to sellers to ensure that they build a robust, profitable digital business.
*Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans. Establish a merchandise business data tracking and monitoring system, analyze and interpret merchandises' business data in depth, monitor all links, find existing problems and assist in developing corresponding solutions
*Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products. Help business growth through product optimization, merchant governance and data analysis.
Requirements :
*BA/BS degree preferred. Experience working with e-commerce sellers preferred. Seller operationor financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
*Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems. Great logical and data sensitivity.
*Good communication and expression ability, executive ability and anti-pressure ability.
*Working in a dynamic environment, the person will be responsible for setting up processes, mechanisms for audits and aligning with cross-functional teams for developing programs & products to deliver seller success.
*A successful candidate will have significant experience managing complex challenges and have the ability to influence and drive large cross-functional initiatives forward. They will have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making and demonstrate a track record in relationship building, process creation, improving upon existing processes, and ongoing program/project management..
*We are seeking a candidate with the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across leadership, product and business teams. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy solving challenging problems.
