Job Summary


Position Description:

The primary role of this position is to provide leadership and guidance to the teams under supervision, manage team members to achieve the productivity and quality goals, and meet expected service levels, while working closely with the program team, process owners, training, workforce management, analytics, and other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 10-15 people for E-commerce Seller Onboarding
  • Co-ordinate with sales team for leads conversion & trainings
  • Look after the entire listing process, cataloging, pricing, product attributes
  • Co-ordinate with the stake holders for process improvements, SLA s & SOP
  • Dashboard & Reports Sharing on daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Coordinate with the various division for catalogue completion correctness.
  • Time to Time Training for internal as well as external team.


Skills:

  • Experience in handling team for at least 1-2 years
  • Experience in managing team for Seller Onboarding for E-commerce portal
  • Good command over Microsoft office, especially Excel- with basic formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot etc

2 to 3 Years
