Job Summary

Job Description The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Essential duties and responsibilities include Monthly book closing - driving the month end close checklist with cross functional teams. Accounts Payable - thorough validation of bills from compliance, contract and actual service perspective Review of payables management, ensuring timely payment, dispute resolution by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Continuous review of accounting process to ensure effectiveness of controls and strict compliance with DLA and company policies Drives the fixed assets management and accounting process. Ensure accuracy of monthly accruals Timely statutory payments and filings, such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, etc. Support in Big4 Audit and Internal Audit Requirements Commerce graduate, CA - Inter At least 6 years experience in hands-on accounting, with strong command over accounting and ability to understand and effectively apply technical accounting guidance Should be able to manager a team of 2-3 people Hands on experience on tally Proficient in MS Excel Time management & ability to prioritize work / Multitasking A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong aptitude to follow SOPs, willing to take feedback High integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, merit oriented environment Good oral and written skills Ready to work from our office in Bangalore Benefits Meritocratic culture.
