Job Profile: Senior Business Development Executive

Work From Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Should have a Laptop
  • Cold Calling/Email, Chat.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answering questions about products or the company.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
  • To categorize the prospective leads and pitch sales to them.
  • To keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • SAAS Sales.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Postgraduate.
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi & Kannada Strong Written and Verbal Skills.
  • Candidates having experience in International Voice & Non-Voice processes will be preferred.
  • Minimum 1year of Experience in Digital Marketing /Sales Will be Preferred
  • Soft Skills, Email, Chat, Customer Handling.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge About Google Sheets and Excel Maintainance.
