Job Profile: Senior Business Development Executive
Work From Office
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have a Laptop
- Cold Calling/Email, Chat.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
- To categorize the prospective leads and pitch sales to them.
- To keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- SAAS Sales.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Postgraduate.
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi & Kannada Strong Written and Verbal Skills.
- Candidates having experience in International Voice & Non-Voice processes will be preferred.
- Minimum 1year of Experience in Digital Marketing /Sales Will be Preferred
- Soft Skills, Email, Chat, Customer Handling.
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge About Google Sheets and Excel Maintainance.
