Job Summary
Customer Success Engineer :
- The CSE will be the first line of defence for all issues arising in our Enterprise application.
- To be a successful CSE, you should have an understanding in Databases and Systems.
- The engineer should have excellent troubleshooting skills and should be a team player.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience.
Requirements:
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Linux, Windows, Database technologies and current trends.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated issues to Engineering Teams and other related parties.
Responsibilities:
- The Customer Success Engineer should prioritize and work on client issues.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with an eye for minute details.
- Take assitance of Engineering and look for causality to identify and eventually fix the problem.
- Offer strong technical support and assistance to troubleshoot one or more issues that may occur.
