Job Summary

Customer Success Engineer :

  • The CSE will be the first line of defence for all issues arising in our Enterprise application.
  • To be a successful CSE, you should have an understanding in Databases and Systems.
  • The engineer should have excellent troubleshooting skills and should be a team player.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience.

Requirements:

  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Linux, Windows, Database technologies and current trends.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated issues to Engineering Teams and other related parties.

Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Success Engineer should prioritize and work on client issues.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with an eye for minute details.
  • Take assitance of Engineering and look for causality to identify and eventually fix the problem.
  • Offer strong technical support and assistance to troubleshoot one or more issues that may occur.
