Toonz Media Group, one of the world s leading kids and family entertainment companies, is looking for an experienced Chief Operations Officer Vizdem (A Toonz Media Group Initiative) to take the lead in developing successful, long-term operational strategies for the organization Operational strategies are extremely important for our company s success, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. The Chief Operations Officer will join Toonz s Vizdem team and will be based out of our headquarters in Technopark, Trivandrum.

Profile Description:

• • Lead the strategy for technology platforms, Content development & head the training operations

• • Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

• • Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for e-learning verticals

• • Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

• • Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the e-learning technology landscape

• • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements

• • Align the company s technology resources with the organization s short- and long-term goals

• • Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives

• • Identify what new content/technologies can be used to improve the company s products and services

• • Create and oversee high-level KPIs for Vizdem s Operation

• • Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training Mentors/Specialists
  • Manage the department s budget

Skillset Required:

• • Excellent Technical knowledge in the field of Media & entertainment industry especially in the field of Animation, Visual Effects & Gaming

• • Very good verbal and written communication skills

• • Organization and time-management skills

• • Multitasking skills

• • Ability to manage large budgets effectively

• • Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company

• • Knowledge of all functions and roles within the company operations

• • Knowledge of best information security practices
