Job Summary

Job Description: At Toll Global Forwarding Mumbai, we are looking for Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The overall objective of this role is to identify sales leads of corporate accounts, opportunities, and market information. Meet company's sales target by exploring vertical and horizontal growth. As a Manager, your primary duties and responsibilities will include: Meet customers to collect their requirements and design sales program with current and potential customers. Retain and develop business from current customers. Identify market trends, customers intelligence and our strengthens, then provide recommendations to exploit new opportunities. Maintain excellent long-term relationship with current customers and builds trustful relationship with new customers. Partner with operation teams to ensure all sales proposals are workable & profitable and ensure excellent services can be provided to customers. Coordinate with finance team to ensure correct billing and monitor the status of account receivable. Maintain quality of sales proposals, present to customers in high quality and prompt respond to customers enquiries. Ensure compliance with company s standards on how to do business. Manage sales reports and build an active sales pipeline/database providing statistical analysis for improvements. Provide recommendations on improving sales process, productivity, performance & quality. Optimise the opportunities for cross selling of products or services.
