Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs to technical specifications
• Develop and execute complex database queries, performance tuning, and optimization
• Design and deploy visualizations and reports for requested projects in analytics platforms
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)
• Write code to perform the ETL including data cleaning and enhancement
• Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SQL queries, Data modeling and performance tuning, data analysis, and integration
• In-depth understanding of database management systems and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• Hands-on experience in BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with data warehouse, data mining, and performance tuning (e.g. Redshift, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of programming languages like python/R to perform data transformation, cleaning, and enhancement
• Knowledge of JavaScript charting library like D3.JS, Highcharts, Google Charts, etc
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
