Sr Cyber Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing and configuration review for network and web application
• Extensive Experience on Tenable (vulnerability assessment solution)
• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing and configuration review for OS , DB, Firewall, routers, Switches and other security devices/components
• Extensive Experience on EDR Solution CrowdStrike operation and implementation.
• 
  Manage Crowdstrike-Falcon platform configuration and administration aligned with policies and security best practices.
• Experience of running suspected malware in asandbox
• Create policies in Falcon console for malware protection, media management, sensor management etc.
• Assist team in troubleshooting agent related issues.
• Maintain high standards wrt Falcon platform operational management and effectiveness.
• Handling Incident and change management
• Respond to internal stake holder questions on security issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of status updates and final reports
• Handle vulnerability and EDR related queries
• Keep oneself updated on the latest IT Security news ,exploits, hacks
• Prepare Threat Intelligence reports for newly discovered threat agents, exploits, attacks

Essential Skills

• Experience and knowledge of Web Application Security standards such as OWASP/SANS etc.
• Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing using industry standard tools such as Vulnerability Scanners for e.g. Tenable

• Proficient with one or more EDR platforms including CrowdStrike.
• Working knowledge of manual testing of web applications

• Awareness of security standards (CIS etc.)
• Has practical experience in auditing various OS , DB , Network and Security technologies

Education Details Graduation Details

B.E / B.Tech (In any stream)/ MCA / MSc (CS/IT) or post-graduation in (CS/IT) Graduation (Any Stream)

Certification Details

Any IT Security related certificates such as Offensive Security, CompTIA Security+ Industry prevalent GRC certifications, Security product/ technology related certification etc.

Work Experience

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in IT Network and Infrastructure security implementation, design & operations / Information Security / Application security.

Preferable

3+ years of experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration testing, EDR (Crowdstrike/ FireEye etc).
